About Returns

All products can be returned through the Express Messaging Service. Shipping costs will be charged in full to the client. Within 14 days of receiving the product.

We always hope that you are happy with the purchases made on, each article is subjected to double check before shipping, to be sure that you'll get a product in perfect condition, but if for any reason you wish to change the goods or have a refund equal to its value, you may do so provided that the products are still in their original packaging in perfect condition, they have been worn and have their own label. For hygiene reasons, they will not be accepted for exchange or refund products that come into contact with private parts, such as thongs, briefs and any type of sock. We also advise you not to try the products purchased with tanning or self-tanning lotions and always wear your underwear, unfortunately we will be forced to reject products returned in unacceptable conditions. You can exercise the right of withdrawal, the D.lgs.206 / 05 so provides no later than 14 days from the moment we receive the shipment (the days begin to be calculated on the basis of proof of delivery).

You can choose how to handle the returns:

   - Replacing the boss bought;
   - Repayment: the price paid for the returned products, excluding shipping charges, gift wrap and more.
      Any gifts should be returned if a request is made for reimbursement.

Conditions to properly exercise the right of withdrawal

First, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will need to follow these simple conditions in order to obtain a refund of what you paid during the purchase:


- The notice of intention to make a product must take place no later than the fourteenth day after the date of delivery by mail to If communication does not take place within this time frame, your request can not be taken into account.
- The item must be returned through a single shipment within their original packaging, and with their card. They will not accept returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times.
- Products must be returned intact and must not have been used or damaged.

Not be accepted:
